A Brookfield man charged with felony first-degree rape or attempted rape in Linn County faces felony charges in Livingston County.

Twenty-four-year-old Timothy David Marles II has been charged in Livingston County with two counts of enticement or attempted enticement of a child. No bond is allowed.

A probable cause statement says Marles began an online relationship with an 11-year-old girl from Wheeling. He is accused of asking the girl for nude pictures via text message and talking in a sexual manner until the girl requested he stop.

In the Linn County case, Marles pleaded not guilty on January 10th. He is next to appear in court on that case on January 13th.

A probable cause statement accuses Marles of raping an 18-year-old girl at his apartment. That was reportedly after he kissed her, and she told him to stop.

One of the probable cause statements notes Marles also faces charges in Miller County for conversations with an underage victim similar to the one he had with the 11-year-old. He has been charged in Miller County with felony sexual misconduct involving a child under 15.
