A Breckenridge man, Wesley Craig Adams, has been charged in Caldwell County with three felony counts of possession of child pornography. Adams, 28, faces allegations following an investigation by the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.
Bond for Adams has been set at $100,000 cash only. As part of his bond conditions, he must undergo supervision by Supervision Services and is prohibited from having any contact with individuals under the age of 18.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Adams is accused of having care, custody, and control of a USB adapter containing an SD or SIM card, which allegedly stored multiple pictures and videos of child pornography. The investigation into Adams’ actions began on August 27, when the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office opened a case based on these findings.
