The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Braymer man Friday night.
Twenty-Five-year-old Joshua McBee is accused of felony possession of a controlled substance, except for 35 grams or less of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia—prior offender.
McBee was also accused of resisting arrest for a felony by flight.
He was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
