A Bosworth resident received minor injuries when the vehicle she was driving slid off Highway 41 in rural Carroll County and overturned on Highway 41 north of county road 280.
Twenty-year-old Shelby Penry was transported to Carroll County Memorial Hospital.
Penry was wearing a seat belt in the Monday evening accident and the patrol report noted the northbound vehicle was demolished.
