Bond was set in Division One of Gentry County Circuit Court Thursday for an Albany man facing felony charges of two counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution.

Online court information shows a $5,000 signature bond was set for Lonnie Dean Johnson, with conditions of not leaving Gentry County for any reason, reporting back to the sheriff every Monday between 8 and 9 o’clock in the morning, and having no contact with the victims. Johnson is scheduled for court again August 8th.

Johnson was previously identified as the boyfriend of Jennifer Reed of Albany, who is accused of subjecting an 11-year-old girl to nearly a year of abuse with co-defendant Raymond Burks of Albany. A jury trial for Reed is scheduled to begin in Division One of Gentry County Circuit Court September 24th. Burks is next scheduled for court August 8th.

Reed and Burks have each been charged with 42 felonies, including kidnapping, child endangerment, domestic assault, and armed criminal action.
