Blythedale man charged with property damage after striking building with vehicle

A Blythedale man has been charged with felony first-degree property damage after he allegedly struck the Bethany Counseling Center building with a truck on June 9.

Thirty-two-year-old Kevin Adcock has also been charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident with property damage exceeding $1,000. His bond was set at $10,000 cash only. A bond hearing is scheduled for June 16th, and a court appearance is scheduled for June 23rd.

A probable cause affidavit says security camera footage from the Family Budget Inn showed a truck, operated by Adcock, running into the side of the Bethany Counseling Center, reversing, and leaving the scene. The repairs are estimated to cost $3,545.
