The highway patrol reports a 34-year old Bethany man, Jay Parker, was arrested Saturday afternoon in Buchanan County.
Parker was arrested on a Buchanan County warrant accusing him of felony child neglect; Harrison County warrants accusing him of misdemeanor counts of failure to appear, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana as well as a Missouri Board of Probation and Parole warrant accusing him of being a parole absconder, which is a felony.
Parker was held by the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Department.
