Chillicothe City Administrator Isaac Holland resigned from his position to assume the role as City Administrator in Willmar, Minnesota this spring.
Holland submitted his resignation Wednesday morning with his last day on the job to be April 21.
Chillicothe Mayor Chuck Haney says the next step is to appoint a search committee, which will be presented to the city council Monday night.
