(Missourinet) – State Auditor Nicole Galloway is pleased legislation has become law requiring Missouri school districts to inform parents and guardians if their child’s personal information has been stolen. Galloway says the new law is common sense.
Galloway says after a recent education audit, she urged legislators to pass the measure.
Galloway says Missouri is one of three states to have a law like this.
