Missouri line workers who have been sent to the Sunshine State to help Floridians impacted by Hurricane Michael are encountering difficult conditions. Brian Hauswirth with Missourinet has more.

 

 

The 123 Missouri line workers who are in Florida to restore power had to use their chainsaws for more than three hours, just to clear roads to get to the Quincy, Florida area, near Tallahassee. Florida Governor Rick Scott says it’s the worst storm to ever hit the panhandle. Missouri line workers say there are about one thousand broken poles in the Talquin electric area.
