The first half of trade bailout payments are set to go out to Missouri farmers later this month. Farm Service Agency Executive Director Brent Hampy tells Missourinet affiliate KWIX in Moberly the trade relief payments will be split over the next six months and will depend on whether the tariffs that prompted the aid are still in place.

Sixteen billion dollars are in the federal budget for tariff relief payments.
