A 50-year-old Uber driver in Joplin has reported being raped by a customer last Thursday. Police Captain Trevor Duncan says she contacted one of the customers after finding their wallet in her vehicle.
Duncan says the 50-year-old alleged victim reported that the incident happened when two men invited her out for a drink after she was done driving for the night.
The suspect lured the woman to his truck and allegedly forced her to have sex with him there.
