North Central Missouri College graduates at Saturday’s commencement ceremony received degrees in several areas of study.  They included associate degrees in arts, applied science, arts in teaching, and general studies as well as certificates.

Student Senate President Katelyn Galloway welcomed everyone and told a story.

NCMC President Doctor Lenny Klaver noted that the first graduating class for Trenton Junior College in 1927 had 27 students.  He then shared information about this year’s class, which he said is the 91st graduating class.

Commencement speaker Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft encouraged the graduates to persevere.

Toward the end of the ceremony, NCMC alum and Board of Trustees member Christopher Hoffman congratulated the graduates and welcomed them as new alumni.
