Emergency rooms experience an increase in lawn mowing injuries this time of year. Dr. Christopher Sampson with MU Health Care says the most severe injuries are cuts and amputations.
A recent report suggests about 250,000 Americans will be seen in emergency rooms this year with injuries caused by lawn mowers.
