Those attending the Arts Alive sponsored music show will hear from three performers – each doing about 30 minutes on the stage of the Hoover Theatre at the Grundy County Jewett Norris Library on March 13, 2020. Doors open at 6:30 with the show starting at 7 o’clock.

The performances are free but donations will be accepted. Dan Maxey is a spokesman for the Arts Alive organization who says a “music mash-up” can be considered a glorified jam session as well as previews what those attending the performances will hear.

According to Maxey, those performing will be Mike Arnold and Jack Bain in one set, instrumentalist Luana MacFarland and the bluegrass trio of Travis Mullenix, performing as “Hub Hatfield” plus Cree Mullenix and Gordy Hale.

Updates on Arts Alive can be seen on their Facebook page. The organization promoting area-wide arts meets next Tuesday night at 7 pm in the KCC Sugg Room.
