Twenty-first State Senator Denny Hoskins and Seventh District State Representative Rusty Black will speak at a legislative forum at the Chillicothe Comfort Inn and Suites Friday afternoon at 3:30.
The Chillicothe Commerce Center will host the forum and there will be light refreshments served.
In regards to the second half of the legislative session, Black says he thinks the State House of Representatives will stay busy as he looks forward to discussion on two bills.
