Business is returning to normal at the 139th Airlift Wing at Rosecrans Airport in St. Joseph as the Missouri River level falls below major flood stage.
The C-130 aircraft is returning from Forbes Field in Topeka. Cluck says the 139th maintained a state of readiness throughout the evacuation of Rosecrans.
