Among cases in the Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court held on Tuesday, June 28, several were bound over to Division One of circuit court.
33-year-old Cassie Leeper, 34-year old Jason Miller, and 27-year-old Kari Martin, all of Trenton, waived preliminary hearings and were bound over to Division One of circuit court. Cassie Leeper is accused of two counts of possessing a controlled substance.
Jason Miller and Kari Martin each are charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and hindering prosecution.
33-year-old Jennifer Boullion of Oxnard, California waived a preliminary hearing in Associate Division and was bound over to Division One on charges accusing her with possessing methamphetamine and resisting arrest.
30-year-old Shawn Glidewell of Trenton waived a preliminary hearing and was bound over to Division One of circuit court on charges accusing second-degree domestic assault and felonious restraint. A misdemeanor charge accusing Glidewell with violation of an adult protection order was certified to be heard in Division One.
29-year-old Corey Hines of Trenton asked for a jury trial on misdemeanor charges accusing him of resisting arrest and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. The cases were certified to be heard in Division One of Grundy County circuit court.
