Tuesday saw several cases in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circut Court.
A Galt resident, 23-year-old Danny Campbell Junior pled guilty to stealing. Imposition of a sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.
Requirements include 20 hours of community service, pay 50 dollars to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund, 340 dollars in restitution and costs.
Campbell also pleaded guilty to delivery or possession of an item at a county jail which a prisoner is prohibited from receiving. On this charge, the imposition of a sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and is to pay another 50 dollars to the law enforcement fund plus court costs.
Trenton resident 22-year-old Frederick Pannell was placed on probation after pleading guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years.
Pannell is to make a 100 dollar donation and pay costs.
Kansas City resident, 26-year-old Ashley Fulkerson, was placed on probation after pleading guilty to tampering with the property of another. Imposition of a sentence was suspended. Probation is for two years. Fulkerson was given credit for serving 13 days in jail and must pay 200 dollars to the Law Enforcement Fund and costs.
