An Altamont man was hurt when the truck he was driving overturned on Interstate 470 at Lees Summit late Friday afternoon.
34-year old Richard Curtis of Altamont was treated for minor injuries and released at the scene.
The accident happened on northbound I-470 near the 12-mile marker when the truck went off the left side of the road and overturned.
The vehicle had moderate damage.
Curtis was not wearing a seatbelt.
