Two more charges have been dismissed in Daviess County for a Trenton man previously accused of felony drug possession, even though supporters said he has a medical marijuana card.

Online court information indicates charges most recently dismissed for 48-year-old Jamie Leon Wilson include the misdemeanors of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia—prior offender and no insurance.

Charges dropped earlier in February alleged illegal possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana and child endangerment.

Wilson entered a guilty plea on the remaining misdemeanor charge of cut in on an overtaken vehicle. The Daviess County Circuit Clerk’s Office reports there will be no sentencing on the cut in on overtaken vehicle charge, and there will be a regular fine schedule for the state.
