Access II Independent Living Center in Gallatin will be following guidance from DHSS and CMS in regard to the COVID-19 virus. The safety of consumers and staff is the top priority and Access II will do their best to serve communities during this uncertain time.

Access II’s office in Gallatin will be closed to the public until approximately mid-April, however, Access II staff will still be conducting business, but no walk-ins to the office will be accepted. Most business will be done by phone, including reassessments, interviews, and all other essential business. In-Home and CDS programs will continue to operate as routinely as possible and consumers will continue to receive care in their homes.

We are advising any in-home aides or consumers who feel sick, and are showing symptoms of the virus to call the office to receive further instruction in regard to services. During this time, we will not be operating our Durable Medical Equipment Program or our Transportation Program due to contamination concerns to protect our staff and community members. If you have a need that arises or clients have questions call at 660-663-2423.  In addition, DHSS has also set up a 24/hr COVID-19 Hotline, the number is 877-435-8411.
