Four residents of Claremore, Oklahoma received what the highway patrol called minor to moderate injuries in a two-vehicle accident last night ten miles to the south of Cameron just after 7 o’clock.

The highway patrol reports taken to the Liberty Hospital were the driver of a car: 23-year-old Austin Boggess as well as passengers including his wife, 21-year-old Bethany Boggess, his sister 25-year-old Courtney Boggess, and his son, one-year-old Kaydin Boggess.

The car driven by Boggess and a sports utility vehicle driven by 46-year-old Jan Carter of Kearney were southbound on Interstate 35. Ms. Carter slowed for congested traffic and her SUV was struck from behind. Both vehicles came to a stop in the passing lane of I-35 in Clinton County.

Damage was listed as moderate for the car and minor for the SUV.

All occupants were using safety devices.
