4 in arrest report from local authorities in Trenton

Multiple charges have been filed against several defendants recently arrested.

A Springfield woman, 24-year-old Shiane Marie Eason, faces two counts of third-degree assault on special victims; endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest for a felony.

Ms. Eason is accused on Saturday of causing physical contact on Deputy Sheriff Tyler Anderson by allegedly kicking him and spitting on him with a mixture of blood and O.C. spray. While at the Grundy County Jail, Ms. Eason is accused of assault on Detention Officer Ken Flowers by causing him to sustain a small laceration to his left index finger while being physically restrained.

Ms. Eason is accused of subjecting two minor children to substantial risk while allegedly resisting arrest by threatening violence or physical force. She also faces a charge of driving while her license was suspended or revoked. The warrant notes previous convictions of driving while suspended or revoked in April in Pettis County and in January in Greene County Circuit Courts.

Bonds add up to $45,000 with an appearance scheduled October 10th in the Associate Division of the Grundy County Circuit Court.

51-year-old Susan Miller of Liberty has been charged in Grundy County with possession of a controlled substance identified as clonazepam. There are two misdemeanor charges: assault in the fourth degree; and property damage in the second degree.

She is accused on Friday of causing physical contact with another person to the extent that the individual would consider the contact offensive. Ms. Miller also is accused of breaking a window and screening belonging to the victim. Bonds total $20,000 with an October 10th appearance in associate circuit court.

A Trenton resident, 35-year-old Jessica Lotz, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child as well as possession of drugs with alleged intent to deliver on Friday. Both counts are felonies. Bond is $20,000 with an October 10th court date.

Ms. Lotz, in the Grundy County information, is accused of presenting a substantial risk to a child while she allegedly had 35 grams or less of marijuana, digital scales, and baggies which were described by authorities as a significant step toward the offense of delivering a controlled substance.

A resident of Ottumwa, Iowa, 33-year-old Jacob Allan Schroeder, faces charges of forgery with alleged intent to defraud in Grundy County.

Schroeder is accused of possessing a motor vehicle registration tag that had been altered so that it appeared to be genuine. Police on Friday arrested him on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked, second offense, while on Lord Street in Trenton. He has a previous conviction of driving while a license was suspended or revoked out of Polk County, Iowa.

Bonds total $10,000 with Schroeder also having an October 10th date in the Associate Division of the Grundy County Circuit Court.
