Three residents of Kirksville were injured in a rollover accident in western Adair county.

Most seriously hurt, according to the state patrol, was 51 year old Alva Glaspie. He was flown to University Hospital in Columbia.

Another passenger and the driver received minor injuries and were treated at the scene.

They were listed as 31 year old Tiffany Saner and 50 year old Lisa Snyder. The patrol said Ms. Snyder was driving a sports utility vehicle when it ran off Route K and overturned.

Glaspie, whom the patrol stated was the only one not using a seat belt, was reportedly ejected from the over-turning vehicle.

The SUV was demolished in the accident that was approximately ten miles to the west of Kirksville yesterday afternoon.
