2 arrested after Chillicothe Police Department drug raid

The Chillicothe Police Department executed a Livingston County search warrant for narcotics on August 13, 2016, in the 1500 block of Fair Street. During the

During the investigation, officers seized approximately 13 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and over $500.00 cash.

As a result of this investigation, 32-year-old James Blanton, and 33-year-old Martin Nicholas Hormell were arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and child endangerment.
