The first annual Galt Fair Fall Festival is set for October 1st.
There will be activities for all ages, including an archery shoot, a scarecrow decorating contest, pumpkin decorating competition, a pie baking contest, a bake sale, hay rides, a lawn mower poker run, a pitch tournament, food, and music by B-Boppin Dave throughout the day.
A dance will be held the evening of October 1st at Galt featuring One Horse Town from Kirksville. Those planning to attend are encouraged to take lawn chairs.
Proceeds go toward new kiddie park equipment.
