Patrol reports arrest of Oklahoma man on DWI allegation

The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a man from Oklahoma in Linn County the evening of October 29th on multiple allegations.

Twenty-eight year old Cody Phillips of Claremore, Oklahoma was accused of driving while intoxicated, consuming an alcoholic beverage while driving, speeding, failing to drive on the right half of the road, and bribery. He was taken to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office before being released.
