The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Kirksville resident in Adair County on Wednesday afternoon on drug allegations.
Thirty-eight-year-old Ninadelthine Hayes was accused of felony possession of a controlled substance – amphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia – prior drug offense.
The Patrol reports Hayes was transported to the Adair County Jail and released.
