A Gallatin man is incarcerated at the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail following an arrest on Monday.
Sixty-seven-year-old Forrest Patrick Kelley has been charged in Daviess County with the felony of failure to register as a sex offender – third offense.
Kelley is to be arraigned Tuesday in the Associate Division of Daviess County Circuit Court. Bond has initially been denied.
