The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning Board approved a conditional use permit application and a subdivision plat on December 6th.
The conditional use permit application was by Michael and Melody Willard to operate a meal delivery service at 302 West Harvest Drive in Chillicothe. Zoning Administrator Kevin Shira says the meal delivery service would involve Asian-American food for lunch or dinner, and it would only be by delivery.
The subdivision plat was for the Orscheln Subdivision, which is related to the area where the new Orscheln building is.
The matters will go on to the Chillicothe City Council for final approval.
