A Cameron resident, 39-year-old David Kern, received moderate injuries when the southbound pickup he was driving went out of control and traveled off Route A and struck a ditch on mile south of Cameron.
Kern was taken by EMS to Liberty Hospital.
The pickup sustained moderate damage and the report indicates he was using a seat belt.
