One hundred thirty-eight Grundy County RSVP program volunteers attended the annual banquet on Tuesday.
RSVP volunteers with hours in 2016 received certificates of recognition.
Two-hundred fifty-six volunteers donated 51,267 hours to public agencies, secular faith-based private non-profit organizations, or proprietary healthcare organizations.
The Spirit of Service Awards were given to one or two individuals per workstation for their dedication.
Grundy County Museum received the Workstation of the Year Award.
The Grundy County Council on Aging sponsors Grundy County RSVP which is a part of the Corporation for National and Community Service.
