1 teen hurt, 3 safe in Wednesday night crash in Livingston County

The highway patrol reports four teenage boys were in a pickup that ran off the left side of a Livingston county road, struck a utility pole, and overturned on its top.

This accident happened two miles west of Ludlow on LIV road 403.

The report listed a minor injury for the driver, 17-year-old Jacob Dudley of Braymer who was taken to Hedrick Medical Center in Chillicothe.

Three other boys were passengers but not injured were 19-year-old Paul Atherton of Norborne, 17-year-old Kallen Wiedmier of Braymer, and Stephen Brandon of Braymer who is believed to be 15 or 16.

The report indicates the passengers were using safety devices while the driver was not.

The truck was demolished in the 10:20 Wednesday night accident.
