Two ATVs collide near Albany sending one to hospital, 1 arrested for DWI

The highway patrol reports two all terrain vehicles collided Sunday night in Albany with injuries noted to one operator. One arrest also was made.

Twenty five year-old Dylan Willis of Pattonsburg was taken by an ambulance to Northwest Medical Center in Albany serious injuries.

The report noted ATV’s driven by Dylan Willis and 25-year-old Kalen Siddens of Albany, were southbound on Birch street when one struck the left rear of the other.

The impact caused Willis’ ATV to travel off the east side of the street where it began to overturn, crossed Bethany Street, travel off the south side of Bethany Street, where it struck a street sign—coming to a stop a short distance from the street sign.

The report said Dylan Willis was thrown off his ATV. That machine received extensive damage.

According to the patrol, neither ATV operator was using a safety device.

The patrols’ arrest report accused Dylan Willis of driving while intoxicated.
