Two arrested on “failure to appear” charge

A Trenton resident, Jimmy Hilt, has been charged in Grundy County with failure to appear in court for two probation violation hearings. Bond for each count is 15-thousand dollars cash only.

Hilt is now scheduled to be in division one of Grundy County Circuit Court April 14th.

He was arrested in Jackson County.

An Oak Grove resident, Perry Baden, also has been charged in Grundy County with failure to appear in court for a probation violation hearing. Bond was set at ten thousand dollars cash only.

Baden is now scheduled in associate division of Grundy County Circuit Court April 12th.

He was arrested in Barton County.
