Tri-County Board of Education approves bids

The Jamesport Tri-County Board of Education approved three bids during a special meeting May 31st.

The board approved a bid from Lonnie Shrock for concrete work as well as a bid from Ferman Hostetler for remodeling the Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, and art classrooms and from Campione Interior Solutions to update the flooring in the Kimberling addition.

During an executive session, the board offered a teaching contract to Janette Karn to teach high school science.

The Jamesport Tri-County will hold its next regular meeting in the superintendent’s office Thursday evening at 6 o’clock.

The agenda includes Missouri School Boards’ Association updates, summer projects, purchase service contracts, and student and employee handbooks for next school year.

It also includes bids for milk, bread, diesel fuel, and gas as well as budget review and health insurance.
