The 17th Street Bridge in Trenton was re-opened on Tuesday afternoon following repairs that were made to the structural integrity of the bridge.

City Administrator Kerry Sampson tells KTTN News that a railroad crew made repairs on the base plate, and the City of Trenton’s Street Department patched with a cold mix.

The bridge, owned by Union Pacific Railroad, had been closed to traffic since Friday morning.  A hole had been reported on the west side of the bridge.
