Kiersten Allen, 20, of Trenton and 19-year-old Tristan Vencill of Leisure Lake have been charged in Grundy County with misdemeanors accusing them with hindering prosecution and making a false affidavit.
Both are accused, between April 2nd and 7th, of deceiving a highway patrolman with verbal and hand written statements to prevent an apprehension for traffic violations.
Both were being held in the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of three thousand dollars cash only bond.
They’re to appear May 24th in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.
