The Trenton Police Department hosted 73 local children at the Fifth Annual Cops ‘n’ Bobbers fishing event last Saturday.
The children caught fish at the North Central Missouri College Barton Farm Campus pond with the help of the police department and other first responders from the area.
The Missouri Department of Conservation provided fishing equipment, and the National Wild Turkey Federation provided lunch and other activities for the children.
The Trenton Police Department thanks the individuals and businesses who donated to the event.
