The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold two public hearings at the city hall next month.
The purpose of the May 1st hearing will be to amend a section of city code pertaining to Zoning Ordinance or Map Amendments.
The commission will hear two requests from Joe and Sarah DeVorss during the May 3rd hearing.
One request is for a minor subdivision of lots bordering Hemley and East 13th Court to allow for the future sale of lots at 1306 and 1308 Hemley and 1412 East 13th Court.
The other request is for an 8.88-foot variance on the lot frontage requirement of 70 foot to allow for the future sale of the lots located at 1306 and 1308 Hemley.
The hearings on May 1st and May 3rd will be held at 7 o’clock.
