Meetings of the building and nuisance board and the Trenton City Council are Monday night at Trenton City Hall.

The building and nuisance board meets first at 6 o’clock. That agenda includes discussion involving 14 addresses of concern. The list includes two locations that have been declared a nuisance; three that will be the subject of a public hearing; and nine locations that were advanced to the “findings of fact” status. Updates are to be given on housing demolition projects, current structures, and nuisances.

The 7 o’clock City Council meeting includes an introduction of Micah Landes as the new director of the North Central Missouri Development Alliance. The agenda includes discussion of the police department policy on use of towing companies; a mutual aid policy involving utility workers and equipment; as well as the appointment of a city representative to the Trenton area chamber of commerce board.

At the end of the public meeting, the city council is scheduled to meet in executive session regarding legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
