Timothy Walsh accused of DWI in ATV accident near Maysville

A Kansas City man was hurt late Saturday night east of Maysville when the all terrain vehicle he was driving overturned.

Fifty three year-old Timothy Walsh of Kansas City was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with moderate injuries.

The accident happened three miles east of Maysville on Southeast Patton Road when the ATV overturned as Walsh attempted a left turn into a private drive.

The patrol accused Walsh of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, prior offender, and

careless and imprudent driving.

Damage to the ATV was listed as moderate. Walsh was not wearing a safety device.
