A 34-year old Spickard resident, Jennifer Webb, has been charged in Grundy County with second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Ms. Webb is accused of failing to provide a safe environment for the child on April 7th. She is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $5,000 cash only bond. She will appear in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court on Tuesday.
A Chillicothe resident, 40-year old Steven Munson Jr., has been charged with stealing by deceit in Grundy County. Munson is accused of appropriating money from Kenneth and Laura Ewing in September 2014 by representing he would purchase material for roof repairs. No repairs were made. Munson is being held in the Grundy County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 cash only bond. He is to appear on Tuesday in the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court.
