A Powersville man has been arrested on a felony accusation, following an incident that occurred in late April. Online court documents indicate that 26 year old Tyler Aaron Foster has been charged with a single count of abuse or neglect of a child.
Foster is being held in custody, in lieu of a $10,000 bond, pending a June 14th appearance in the Associate Division of Putnam County Circuit Court in Unionville.
