Princeton woman hurt when car strikes deer in roadway

A Princeton woman was hurt late Friday night when a car hit a deer on Highway 65 north of Spickard.

61-year-old Janet Goodin of Princeton was taken by private vehicle to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton with minor injuries.

Ms. Goodin was a passenger in a car driven by 64-year old Jack Goodin of Princeton, he was not reported hurt.

The accident happened approximately three miles north of Spickard on Highway 65 when the northbound car hit the deer.

The car sustained moderate damage and both occupants were wearing seatbelts.
