A Princeton man, 36 year old Christopher S. Owen, was arrested Sunday, March 13 on a Grundy county warrant accusing him of failure to appear in circuit court on an original charge of criminal non support of a minor child.
Online court information indicates Owen failed to appear for a scheduled hearing February 11th . The case goes back to late May of 2014 when the felony charge was filed in Grundy County.
Bond is set at 75-hundred dollars cash with Owen held at the Grundy county detention center for an appearance Thursday, March 17 in Division One of the Grundy County circuit court.
