NCMC to host 90th birthday party on April 28

North Central Missouri College will celebrate its 90th anniversary with a birthday party themed event on Thursday, April 28th from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.  All residents of the area are invited and encouraged to attend. 

Hamburgers and hotdogs, along with chips, beverages, and birthday cake, will be served on Main Street.  Dr. Neil Nuttall, NCMC President, will give welcome remarks at 5:00 p.m. The band “Hired Gun” will then perform throughout the evening. This event is at no charge to the public, but donations will be accepted.

“We invite the public to join our faculty, staff, and students as we celebrate 90 years of higher education at North Central Missouri College,” said Kristie Cross, NCMC Marketing Specialist, “We are proud of the legacy that NCMC has created in this region and hope everyone will join us as we celebrate what has been accomplished and look forward to what the future holds.”

Main Street will be closed for the event between Crowder and 13th streets from 3:30 pm to 8 pm that day.  In the case of rain, the festivities will move indoors at the Ketcham Community Center.
