Missouri Industrial Hemp Legislation to be re-filed

The Missouri Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman plans to file industrial hemp legislation again in 2018. Brian Hauswirth reports.

 

 

Williamstown State Senator Brian Munzlinger says Missouri “is missing the boat.” December 1, which was the first day bills can be pre-filed for the 2018 session. Munzlinger, who represents northeast Missouri, will file a bill to allow those licensed by the Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA) to “grow, harvest and cultivate” industrial hemp.
