The Highway Patrol reports the arrests in Caldwell County last night of two individuals from Independence.
According to the patrol, 20-year-old Tonia Hickock was arrested for investigation of multiple violations. She’s accused of two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no valid driver’s license.
25-year-old Curtis Jarrett of Independence is accused of felony possession of a firearm.
Both persons were placed on a 24-hour hold at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
